multi-stage online aptitude test, personal interview, simulator screening, which have been successfully tested over several years on 100s of applicants for airline pilot training. We are working on the further expansion of a globally unique aptitude assessment procedure for SKYGATE partner companies. Initial parts of the qualification procedure are free of charge and can be used to earn SKYGATE TOKENS as a reward for very good results, which can then be used to pay for further testing procedures for qualified applicants.

Basic advice on airline pilot training is currently provided in analog form and is to be expanded digitally as e-learning for the partner companies as the project progresses and extended to include flight attendant training and aircraft technician training.

The SKYGATE Aviation Academy Salzburg trains everyone from pedestrians to airline pilots. Thanks to a unique financing model, pilot candidates already save 42% – 47.5% of the training costs when paying at SKYG and receive additional financial support. SKYGATE is working on increasing the savings to up to 50%!

Flight students, flight schools and aviation authorities can access training and examination data. Job recruiters as well as potential employers (airlines, on-demand flight companies, …) and type rating training organizations can view the entire history once the applicant has been approved – a unique opportunity for personnel selection worldwide.
Smart contract automation
Token transactions, rewards for test results and payments in the ecosystem are processed automatically via smart contracts on Ethereum (ERC-20) – transparently, efficiently and without intermediaries.

Token sale finances expansion
Proceeds from the sale of tokens flow directly into the development of new training capacities, infrastructure and the digital platform.

While the use of the ecosystem grows, the token supply is systematically reduced by three independent mechanisms.
Token Burns
For service uses in the ecosystem – such as aptitude tests, financing, training – it is envisaged that a proportion of the SKYG tokens paid will be irrevocably burned. More use = more burns.

Buybacks
The plan is to use part of the ecosystem revenue on a discretionary basis to buy back SKYG tokens from the market. Not regularly, not as a return – but as a strategic instrument.

Lockups
Team tokens (5 years), advisor tokens (3 years) and participant tokens in planned staking-like programs will be temporarily withdrawn from circulation. MiCAR-compliant (not regular) distributions in the ecosystem are planned for the future.
